Strong opinions

An interesting exchange I had today on Facebook:

Carpe Diem Daily
There’s only one thing worse than a personal who doesn’t have strong likes and dislikes, and that’s a person who has strong likes and dislikes without the courage to voice them

Sasha Mrkailo I disagree. Having strong feelings about something means that you have reached your final conclusion about the issue. If our universe is relativistic (like in the Schrödinger cat story) you can never be absolutely sure about anything.
Life often shows me this is so: things turn out different than what I expect, most of the time. This is why ideologies fail. They are mapping a mist which is always reshaping itself. While at one time it may be correct in describing reality (our our perception of it) in the next moment the situation changes completely.
