Words of the US constitution paraphrased by Aikido Sensei Nick Lowry:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government. . . .”

My translation to Serbian:

“Smatramo da su ove istine ocigledne: da su svi ljudi stvoreni jednaki, da su im od Tvorca data izvesna neotudjiva Prava, medju kojima su pravo na Zivot, Slobodu i potragu za srecom. Da bi osigurali ova prava, Vlade su z…asnovane medju Ljudima, crpuci svoje pravedne moci iz saglasnosti vladanih, da kada god bilo koji Oblik Vlasti postane stetan po ove ciljeve, Pravo je Naroda da je promeni ili ukine, i zasnuje novu Vladu…”
